Each course is for three afternoons and lasts for a total of five and a half hours.

Course content:
  • Wine history, wine-makers, grape variety, French wine regions, and vocabulary.
  • White and red wine-making, wine-tasting, choosing, buying, storing and serving wine: dos, don’ts and other advice.
